We have eight sites in the city

With the exception of the York St John University surgery, patients are welcome to make appointments at any of our 7 main surgeries – Acomb, 32 Clifton, Monkgate, Woodthorpe, Water Lane, Tower Court and Skelton – even if this is not your usual surgery.

We only offer Home Visits within our Practice Boundary. If you live outside area you will need to come into the practice for an appointment. If you are unable to bring yourself to an appointment you will need to make arrangements with family or friends
